As a courtesy to our patients we will electronically file insurance claims for the treatment received in our office and accept your insurance's payment. We do ask that you pay your co-payment at the time of the visit unless the procedure takes more than one appointment (like crowns, bridges, dentures etc) and prior arrangements are made.

To our existing patients:

Please, inform us about any changes in your insurance coverage as soon as they occur so that we can update your file.

To our new patients:

Please, have your insurance card with you when you call us (if possible), so that we can gather necessary information and be ready for your appointment.
